The Lincoln Special Operations Team provides services to the citizens of the Town of Lincoln in the field of technical rescue, dive rescue/recovery, and search and rescue as defined by NFPA 1006 and 1670. These guidelines have been developed to guide and direct the members of the team in the safe and proper operation of the technical rescue situation.
